How matching works
When you search for something like *CA for ITR filing*, the system ranks experts by a mix of relevance, rating, response time, and live availability. Experts who are online and responsive in the last hour rank higher — TrunkCall is built for *now*, not for next Tuesday.
If you don't want to scroll, the Instant Connect button broadcasts your request to every available expert in the category. The first one to accept opens the call.
What a call actually looks like
Calls run inside the TrunkCall app on iOS, Android, or directly in your browser — no second app to install. Audio, video, screen share, and chat are all built in. The expert sees your name and a one-line context note you wrote when starting the call. You see their name, photo, and verified expertise tags.
