How do I find an expert on TrunkCall?
Browse categories at trunkcall.app/categories, use the search at the top of the page, or explore featured experts on the home page. You can filter by rating, price, and language.
How much does it cost to talk to someone on TrunkCall?
Every expert sets their own price. You see the per-minute rate or session fee up front, and you only pay after the call is confirmed. TrunkCall takes a 13% platform fee, which is already included in the price you see.
Can I become an expert on TrunkCall?
Yes. Anyone with knowledge or experience people find useful can create a profile. There is no application process — sign up, complete onboarding, set your rates, and start accepting calls. See trunkcall.app/forhosts for a walkthrough.
How do I know an expert is trustworthy?
Every expert has a rating (out of 5) and review count visible on their profile. Verified experts have a green checkmark. All payments are held until the call is confirmed, and disputes are refunded.
What kinds of services are on TrunkCall?
Instant audio calls, video calls, chat sessions, scheduled 1:1 sessions, live webinars, multi-chapter courses, subscription channels, and group livestreams. Pretty much any way two people can connect.
Does TrunkCall work internationally?
Yes. Experts set a home currency but international pricing is supported. You can take calls with people anywhere in the world over audio or video.
How do payments and refunds work?
You pay via Razorpay or your TrunkCall wallet when you book. Funds are held until the call is completed. If a session is rejected or there is a dispute, you are automatically refunded.
Is TrunkCall free to use?
Creating an account and browsing is free. Booking and taking calls costs whatever the expert charges. Experts only pay the 13% platform fee when they earn.
How do I contact TrunkCall support?
Visit trunkcall.app/about for company info, or report any issues via the in-app dispute flow on a booking. Email support is available for account issues.
