When you create an account, we collect your phone number for authentication via one-time password (OTP). You may also provide your name, profile photo, bio, expertise details, pricing preferences, and bank or payment details.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.

Communications

When you use our chat, audio call, or video call features, we store message content and call metadata (duration, timestamps, participants). Audio and video streams are processed in real time and are not recorded or stored by us unless explicitly stated.

Payment Information

When you make payments or receive payouts, we collect transaction details including amounts, timestamps, and payment method identifiers. Full payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

  • To facilitate connections between users and experts, including calls, chats, and session bookings
  • To process payments, wallet transactions, and payouts
  • To send notifications related to your bookings, calls, and account activity
